2. End purpose of the data processing
IRELEM may process your Personal Information:
(a) To provide you with the information or services you have requested (including among others: the sending of the Newsletter, sales offers or customer testimonials; and/or

The only recipient of your Personal Information is IRELEM. > Right to access and to obtain communication of your data
You have the option to access the Personal Information concerning you. However, due to the security and privacy obligations concerning the processing of personal data incumbent upon IRELEM, you are hereby informed that your request may only be considered if you provide proof of your identity, including by producing a scan of a valid identity document (in the case of a request submitted via our dedicated online form) or a signed photocopy of your valid identity document (in the case of a request submitted by post).

> The right to rectify your data
Under the terms of this right, the legislation authorises you to demand the rectification, updating, locking or deletion of any inaccurate, incomplete or obsolete data concerning you.
You can also define general and special instructions concerning the fate of your personal data after your death. Where applicable, the heirs of a deceased person may demand that the death of their family member be taken into consideration and/or carry out the necessary updates.

6. Response times
IRELEM agrees to reply to your request to access, rectify or oppose the use of your data or any other request for information within a reasonable period which may not exceed 1 month as from the date on which will request is received.
7. Complaints to the relevant authority
If you feel that IRELEM is not meeting its obligations with regard to your Personal Information, you may send a complaint or a request to the relevant authority.
